axle weight
« on: April 08, 2016 - 06:31:55 AM »
to get an AAR street legal here in Germany, i need to know the max. axle weigth/load for front and rear. Germany inspection authority (TUEV) need to calculate the tire dimension from US-specs (G60 15 and E60 15) to ours. All guys here use 235/15 60 and 255/15 60 but no, all again from the beginning  :swear: :banghead:. Can't find any info.
Any help would be appreciated.

with E bodies weighing approx 3600-3800 lbs & a load capacity of around 1000 lbs GVw would be close to 5000 with 60% on the front axle
but you probably want factory rated specs

would be perfect. But where to find? I'll try 4800 lbs with 57 : 43 distribution.
Thanks guys. Keep your fingers crossed.
