This picture came across my facebook feed tonight, really close to what I envision for the cab, but with a Dodge of course! I'd love a ramp truck style just like this one but I know your wanting to tow a 5th wheel...

That is very cool. I wanted s ramp truck but I just would not use it much. I believe I am going to put a 6BT diesel in my 61 Jeep FC170 and make a very cool tow rig.

Cool pic. Need to find a donor A-100/108 van and do a mock-up, I think it would be cool

Any one near Ritchfield UT, there is a place just north of town called the "Recycle Center" right next to Dewightes (sp) wrecking yard that has a lot of Dodge Trucks, old and newer. I did not dare stop in as I live 16 hrs from there and already have far too many projects.

Here pictures of just a few, there are many more although I did not see any COEs.

I JUST DROVE THROUGH RICHFIELD AFTER CAMPING IN SOUTHERN UTAH BUT DIDNT SEE YOUR POST. NOW WERE AN HOUR AWAY AND MY WIFE WONT LET ME TURN AROUND.  ...ok I'll stop yelling now, but seriously im glad I saw this. I'm only 2 hours from here I want to go play!!!  How many trucks were there? Is it worth the 2 hour drive just to spend money I shouldn't be spending?

They have a lot for sure. Not sure what the wrecking yard has that is next to it, but they have a lot of vehicles as well.

Good luck, hope you find something you are looking for or want.
