The T/A hood that was on it was a stock flat hood they had fiberglassed the scoop on, didn't look real great so I sold it to a guy who bought a bunch of the parts I didn't re-use. John the fuel rail's are the Mopar rails they offered for the crate motors. Having to redo the engine bay as the previous body shop didn't use the right clear or something it sat out in the texas sun this last summer and it faded on the top facing surfaces. And it had gotten a couple of scratches and nicks, so I went ahead and filled the shock holes and welded the master cylinder reinforcement plate on. Hate having to go back and redo work. I wanted to hold of painting the engine bay but at the time the body shop talked me into going ahead and doing it.

Oh I'm liking this!  So many talented people on this site. Really like the rims in your earlier posts where the rear end is up on a floor jack. Are you going to keep those? Like the dash too. Very nice work!

I actually borrowed those wheels off of a guy a worked with to check backspacing and clearance as they were close to what I wanna run. They were off of a mustang. Replica FR500 18x10 with a 295/45/18 tire. I actually did like them but I'm going to run Weld RT-S wheels. Can't get pic to upload.

The color has been changed slightly. I really liked the color in these pics, it was a Du Pont hot hues candy called molten lava. It was a pyscho silver base with orange on top. It faded out over time and got dull in areas exposed to the sun. Not sure if the first paint shop used the wrong clear or didn't put UV protection in it or what?  So the new painter I'm using talked me into using a House of Kolor shimrin 2 Orange. I really was stuck on the original color but between the cost, the fading and difficulty to match if I ever needed paint work I decided on the HOK Orange. The gauges are Dakota Digital VHX-1022 with white backlights.
