wiw R/T U code
« on: August 06, 2016 - 10:45:43 PM »
couldnt find the wiw section.  I thought I had seen one on this board.

Pretty loose question here.

Chally JS , U code car.
No fender tag
No build sheet
No title
has vin tag
ev2 orange
body that rolls only
Not sure of transmission
said it needs minimal metal replacement

within an hour of me, so pretty easy to go get.

I'm not into cars without fender tags but I rarely run across U codes.

What do yal think is a fair price?

I know I know :useless:

The no title ends it for me. You will have to look at it and see what's there, for me it would be the value of the parts. If it really is rust free, straight sheetmetal that could be $10k there and would be good to restore a 318 car that has a title. Rallye dash could add some value, skid plate K-member could add some value, Dana 60 rear end could add some value and so-on.

The car  almost has no identity .  OK if you had the bill sheet then you get a fender tag made . $$$ not sure

I agree 100%. If you get excited about buying a 440-4 e-body you will be extremely disappointed when you go to sell and nobody cares.

Think of the value of the sheet metal and the rest of the parts, that is ware the value of this vehicle lies. :2cents:
