After less than 3 years on m '61 Ranchero, the dust boots on all four ball joints disintegrated. I emailed PST, and they needed an invoice number to open a case. No problem, I had the invoice and gave them the number. A month later, I emailed them again, and they said the invoice number wasn't valid I sent them a copy of the invoice. A month later, I emailed them and they said they were looking into it. A month later, I emailed them and they said they'd send new parts (just the dust boots). A few weeks later, they arrived. By then, I had replaced the ball joints with Moog parts, since it was just as easy as replacing just the boots.
For my Challenger, I didn't even consider PST. I ordered Moog parts across the board, most of them from Rock Auto. Sorry, but I'm done with PST.
