I did just what CP described and it came out with minimal effort. Just loosen the strut bars, the pivot pin bolts and back out the torsion bar adjusters to off load the torsion bars. Took more time and effort to get the upper and lower ball joints off.

Just picked up a pair of torsion bars from the Mopar dealer here in Canada there .960  785 for 274.00 with taxes Thanks  Dirk
