figuring speed and RPM's

right now i have 2:76 gears in my 73 chally. I want to figure out what speed i'd be going at 3,000 RPM with x gears. Basically i'd like to be able to occasionally cruise on the highway and not be much above 3k RPM. I have the 727 trans with 275/60/15 wheels, how would i go about putting in different rear end ratios to figure approx 3,000RPM at 65 mph.

What I have... 255's on the back(60 series, 15 inch), 3:23 gears, and at 65MPH, I'm probably in the 2800 RPM range. If you want 3 grand, maybe 3:55's would be your ticket?

my calculations 3.73 would put me a hair over 3000. So i think i'll go with the 3.73 which is what i wanted in the first place. Thanks for the help
