That's a nice looking car. I love a car that hasn't been fiddled with.

Great find.
Hard to pick up a car that has not been tampered with!
Good luck.  Looks like a fun project.

Really nice find, going to be a nice looking car with a little clean up.

I had decided that a '69 RR would be a nice complement to the 'cuda.  So figured I would get one in a few years when I retire.  Was at Carlisle and saw the limelight '69 for sale (wrong color of course) and was mildly interested.  Back at the hotel check out Craiglist and ebay for reference points since I wasn't actively looking.  Found the green one on ebay 20 minutes from my house back in KY.  Contact the seller through ebay and turns out he is selling it for the owner.  The guy who listed it is the county building inspector who just inspected our new house back in December.  Building inspector is a Mopar guy who has restored one '68 Super Bee and is doing a second one.  He would have bought the RR himself but too many projects and not enough money.  Also turns out the car had been sitting in a storage unit right around the corner from where I work for the past 15 years or so.  Guess it was meant to be.

"the car had been sitting in a storage unit right around the corner from where I work for the past 15 years or so.  Guess it was meant to be."   I'd suggest going out and buying a few lottery tickets laddie, as it seems your luck sure is in!!
