New Power Window Motors Don't Fit

Hey guys,

I purchased new window motors for my 71 challenger.  The part numbers are:

ACI 86561
ACI 86560

They say they are a direct fit which they don't seem to be.  The 3 holes don't even come close to aligning up.  I can't even elongate the holes to make them fit.  They don't even have the alignment pin on the gear. Every source I look at say this is the correct motor.

Question #1 - Are convertible window motors different than hardtop window motors?

Question #2 - Has anyone tried the motor below?  It has the pin on the gear as well.
