Hi Keith!

Thanks for inviting me over Sunday. It was a pleasure meeting and talking with you. The Challenger is really nice too! Black is such a tough color as it shows every flaw - but not on your car - the paint on your car is super-nice! :2thumbs: Thanks again and remember to call me if you need an extra set of hands!
Cheers!

Glad we had the chance to meet Tom. It's still for sale if you want to take that tempting ride  :money: Or we could take the RoadRunner out if you need a 4-spd fix. Something is going to have to go. If not I may let go of a couple of my pinball machines (aka my 401K boost). I want to get the other car done so I need to get up off some toys.. :dunno:
Thanks , Keith

I can't be the only one surprised this car hasn't sold yet :clueless:  You certainly couldn't build a car for your asking price :dogpile:

Throw the wheels away, then it will sell.

The wheels are almost an "optical illusion" with this car. I did not care for them too much ... in the pictures. However when I saw the car ... in person, I actually liked them. I don't know how to explain that one except to say ... you got to see them on the car yourself. If you still are not crazy about them, wheels and tires are about as easy of a bolt off / bolt on mod that there is.
Cheers!

Ah thanks! That's a good explanation and an easy bolt off for sure.

As far as trades go, I have a new interest in a late model dodge pickup. If you want to trade one towards the  Convertible, please let me know.
Thanks , Keith

Considering taking it to Mopar Nats. If I do it will be in the car corral. Bring the bucks and take it home. Been offered $43K, but cant do that.
Thanks , Keith

Well, so it seems that everyone loves the car and says how sexy it is. But those folks don't seem to be buyers. More like photographers. Mopar Nats was a bust as far as selling this car. Although I did have a big spender offer , $30K for it. Said he was a veteran with a false leg and asked if that would make a difference. I told him not unless he had $45K stuffed in his false leg :nono: So it's still here and available. Other car is progressing in paint prison nicely. Build thread is listed in my signature.....
Thanks , Keith

Here is one to compare, although there are differences it seems you are priced right.

that place scares me. quality all over the place, from shoddy quick/dirty body work and slapped on paint jobs to full on restorations and it's sometimes hard to tell with them which it is. a lot of times I can tell from the pics when they are just slapping something together, other times I've seen what looked like a stellar restoration. but seeing so much crappy slap on work makes me wonder about everything they sell now. it's certainly a seller I would have to personally inspect from or send a Pro.
