    Hey everyone.

    I wanted to say "thanks!" to anyone in the club who may have voted for my fish....we got 1st place in the 72-74 "modified" class this year.  It was our first place ever.

    I stopped by the tent briefly around 1:30 on saturday, but as in the past I was so beat from walking the grounds I had to slink back to our canopy and sit/fall asleep for a while....LOL

    Glad to hear that everyone had a great time......I also echo the sentiment that I love to see the "oddball" stuff and saw plenty of that this year....I had a 81 Plymouth horizon 4door as my first car and while they got no respect back in the day, I am loving seeing them on the show field in more recent years.

    Ahhhh, so YOU'RE the one who beat me out of first place, lol. Ii was shocked I even placed at an event like that. My first placing ever there. Good job, beautiful car.

       Dfr360cuda, yeah we could do that....I usually go up with a small group -- we have a convoy.  LOL

    Safety in numbers we figure.....although that was a blessing and at the same time a curse this year....blessing because my oil light came on about 2/3 of the way there, and they were able to help me think it through and calm my panic. A curse because, in my panic, I locked the keys in my car and had to call AAA and they were all there to see that and now poke fun at me whenever we are on trips...LOL
