Ok I work with a composite at work. We wrap carbon fiber and fiberglass around a liner for a fuel cell. This composite is pumped out onto the fibers just before it's wraped. and when cured it's SUPER STRONG !!
Anyway we through out a lot of mixed resin. It's a clear resin and I,ve pored some in a contaner let it setup and it molds real nice. when not cured it's like glass but when cured you can bounce the molded part on the floor with out any damage like I said super strong material when cured. So I was wondering why can't I make something out of this stuff. If I had a good mold I could make ANYTHING!! I could mold it and cure it all at work with no prob. I just need some ideas and it doesen't need to be a restoration part but could. Like I said it could be anything. While it's setting up I can even stick something in the mold cure it and it would be in cased for ever literally.
Well any ideas!!! :dontknow: Oh ya forgot it can be painted or sanded and polished.
