Cannot select any of the emoji/smileys

I just noticed that I cannot select any of the smileys on any thread. At first I thought it was thread specific, but found out this is not the case. Running windows 10 if that matters. When I first "upgraded" they worked, but now not at all.

Any suggestions (other than get rid of Windows 10).

My computer upgraded its self to windows 10      I can still use them? Using chrome as a browser if that helps?

My first suggestion is clean out your cookies . . .

I just switched over to firefox and they work here 

I will try cleaning out the cookies on IE and see what happens
