Interior door panels
« on: October 07, 2016 - 07:46:23 PM »
I have a set of black manual window original door panels for my car. They are indecent condition but look aged. No cracks or chalky surface, just old. I purchased a complete used factory power window system with the intent of installing them. This means to use the originals I would need to have the round crank holes filled and punch out the power switch holes. Then ship them off to be vacuum covered with vinyl which looks and feels better than the plastic surface.
Another option is to spend a grand and buy new panels. This would allow me to sell the origional ones to recoup some$.
What do you think is the best way to go and what would my factory ones be worth approximately?
Not a concours car but close to it with invisible mods.
