I was looking through my glovebox today and came across this tag that I must have missed in the past... anyone know what it could be from?

Looks like the tag that comes on the carpet (underneath). I think they were actually stickers back in the day or lightly tacked.

I am very sure it is from the carpet.

True but most likely someone had the carpet up and found it and decided to keep it for prosperity.
