1971 valve cover 3 port breather question

I have a standard valve cover breather on my 1971 Cuda but since I also have the 5 line fuel vapor tube. I would assume (I hate to assume) I need a 3 port breather to hook up to one of the 3 lines that run to the engine compartment.
