    That's different from what I have. I have one blue wire on one side of the ballast and a blue wire and brown wire in the same connector on the other side. Those were both start and run on the same side of the ballast.

    The photo is what I had to wire to get it to run with a dual ballast resistor, and a Rev-N-Nator.

    Can you post a photo of how it is wired at ballast?

    2 wire ballast...one side has 2 wires in one connector

    Replaced the ignition box and ordered and installed a wiring harness from Evanswiring.com.....starts every time now!!

     check to see that the connector boot to the ecu is solid... back the screw out, then push the boot on tight before tightening the screw... that boot seems to be kinda hard to seat  :thumbsup:

    I took an Exacto knife and made some carefully made slight shaves on the boot and it definitely fit more snug all the way in after doing that.

    The rubber durometer is wrong and they are too thick.  FWIW
