Wiring question--70 Challenger R/T Rally Dash-Instrument lights are not working. Exterior parking lights are working just no dash lights. Pulled the panel down checked the wiring and bulbs--replaced fuse--got out test light and I am getting no power to the fuse--don't see any wires off--any idea's
??

Park fuse sends power to the light switch then it goes back to the fuse box & theres a second fuse that only gets power when the parking lights are on...... Might try jumping the dimmer switch..

Well if you've found the fuse with o power sounds like your already looking at the second fuse... Try turning the parking lights on then test for power on that fuse.... At both ends..... If you have power try jumping the dimmer rheostat....

I have no power on that fuse with lights on or off -key on or off-so I guess that leaves the dimmer switch.

All fixed-I took a good look at the switch and saw some corrosion on the tab for the rheostat and cleaned it off. Put it all back together and it worked.
