Another A/C Line Question
« on: November 26, 2016 - 09:47:19 PM »
I am putting together a '72 Challenger with a 340 for a friend. I have been working on putting all of the A/C lines in place. I am down to the last one I believe, the one that goes from the Compressor to the Condenser on the drivers side of the car.

In the following picture, is the line that the black arrow points to correct for this application?

If so, I need to determine the correct line to connect the end of the tube in the above picture to the tube the red arrow points to in this picture:

Is this the line the correct one to connect the two above fittings together to complete the A/C system? It seems long to me but it could still be the correct line.

Thanks for the help with this!!!

Jeff

My 73 Barracuda line is one piece and goes thru that rectangular hole in the radiator support then around the battery to the compressor.
73 parts catalog has Barracuda and Challenger as the same part number,3502 382, but I don't have a 72 parts catalog to check if that year is the same.
