Need Help identifying these parts!
« on: December 27, 2016 - 12:10:25 PM »
Bought my car in 1989 and it came in boxes as the previous owner had already completely dismantled it. Its a 70 Challenger. The following two brackets were included. These brackets are marked left and right with the following part # 90718-210. Can anyone tell me where they go? I was thinking maybe something to do with the front bumper rubber fillers?

Thanks in advance!

They go on each end of the front bumper, secured with the outer bumper bolt and their purpose is to support the rubber filler that goes on each end. They are very early production and hard to come by. They stopped using them in the first half of the production year, not sure when. :2cents:

My 70 Challenger was original when I bought it and it did not have these on there. Build date of 11/20/69
