« on: July 19, 2016 - 04:39:23 PM »
I have a set of fiberglass front fenders that I want to trade for metal fenders. i figure someone out there has a drag car that needs lite fenders and I am trying to restore mine so there if there is a way to make a deal lets make it happen. my fenders are in perfect shape but they are painted blue.

You might have to pay a bit extra if you want nice steel fenders :2cents:

What does each fender weigh?  Someone who might be interested would want to know how much weight those fenders will save them.

i know i would have to put some money on top if someone wanted to trade. not sure on exact weight of fenders but the report says they save you 75 lbs worth of weight on each side so up to 150 total on the front end.

Metal fenders won't even weigh 150lbs.  Total so weight savings couldn't be that high.
