All numbers match? Complete recent restoration?  Original paint? Interior?  Any modifications?

This one sold for $73k at BJ this past weekend and looked to be in great shape - http://www.barrett-jackson.com/Events/Event/Details/1970-DODGE-CHALLENGER-RT-HEMI-RE-CREATION-CONVERTIBLE-200463

This one sold for $52,800 - http://www.barrett-jackson.com/Events/Event/Details/1970-DODGE-CHALLENGER-CUSTOM-CONVERTIBLE-188766

This one is for sale for $47k but has a bad paint job - http://www.classiccarliquidators.com/classic-cars/Dodge/1970/Challenger/JH27G08259929/2222

All those are 318 cars.

A REAL JS27NOB Challenger in great shape (let's say...#2 condition) probably commands around $75k.  #3 condition, probably $65k.  Stick shift?  Add another 20%.

So many variables however.

'71 383-auto 'Cuda 'vert (sold)

A JS-27 Challenger RT  convertible with original drive train, matching numbers, good options and in good condition will always get a premium price, especially with the 4sp. You are lucky these days to get one like this for under 70K.  6pk and hemi RT verts of course are off the charts
