I have just bought Bilstein High Performance Shock Absorbers for my 1970  Cuda but there is no installation instruction attached.
Do you have installation manual, schemes, sketches or reference videos?
thanks!!!

Its pretty straight forward.  Insert one bolt on top with washer and tighten with nut, then insert bottom bolt and tighten.  Did you have a specific question?

In the rear there is a cross member above the rearend; there are 2 shock mounting positions (one on each side), a bolt goes through the cross member, through the shock and then the other side of the cross member with a nut on one side (typically on the front end side). Depending on the year of your car, there should be an access hole in the trunk (either facing rearward or facing straight up) unless the floor was replaced and the holes have not been cut. That said, you can usually get the bolts into the cross member without the holes, however getting a wrench on the bolt or nut can be a challenge without the holes but it can be done. The bottom of the shocks slide onto the stud on the rear end plate and are held on by large washer and nut with a lock washer.

On the front, the shock stud simply goes up into the shock tower; there should be a washer with a bushing on the bottom side and a bushing with a washer on the top side. Bilstien provides a nut to tight the shock and a lock nut to keep the first one from coming off.

Sorry if my previous picture confused you. I was just trying to show where the rear shock mounts up inside of the crossover frame.
Different brands of shocks may have a little bit different look, but they still mount the same.

A66. it looks to me like you have your shocks inverted? You reduce unsprung weight if they are mounted with the rod end down.  :2cents:

I am not sure they are inverted, the picture doesn't have the covers on but the rod goes up with the body of the shock being on the bottom end or am I misunderstanding the comment?

They are mounted correctly. The adjustments are supposed to be on the bottom, if not, you would not be able to reach them.

Definitely correct if they are adjustable.

The last shocks I installed instructed that the body is up, rod down. Reducing unsprung weight. Obviously would be impossible to have an adjustable like that. The shocks I have are no longer made though.... IAS-edelbrock.
