Soak your valve in EvapoRust and disassemble it. If it's been sitting "dry" for a long time, you might have problems getting out the large valve on the right side of the picture. If the inside is still wet with brake fluid, it will come apart much easier.
On my original valve, I broke the piece on the right because it was rusted in place. I had to find a replacement from another valve. After that broke, I didn't try removing the other brass pieces. I just cleaned everything out really good after an EvapoRust soak. It still works fine.
