The way this reads is your getting fluid out of both right side cylinders(plural).. The distribution block might make sense for the front but not the rear, a single line goes to the rear axle where it T's to the L/R brakes.
When rebuilding my brakes one of the bleeder's was clogged which took some effort to clear out.. On the front I doubt the block is the problem, by the time the fluid gets to it's T it is already past the working parts although it is possible it could be clogged there.
