I have not seen the car, told it is a driver that leaks oil. 440 4speed post car. Could be had for $15,000. That's all I know. Is this t worth it?

It could be. A friend of mine has been searching for a 69 4 speed road runner for a couple years. Anything in that price range has been rusty pile of junk or merely a shell.
