Shorter Fan Clutch ?

Anyone have a problem with their fan clutch being too long?   mine is 3.59  "  and it's at least 1/2 too long.

I seem to recall something about a Jaguar clutch but I don't know what year or model.

Yes there are two sizes. Do you have A/C?
I purchased mine at Pep Boys cast iron. Do not purchase aluminum.........

No A/C .  they list 2 different ones,  but even the short one is a bit too long.

 I'll check out the Hayden number.

I had this issue on a car with a thick radiator. What I did eventually was download the Haden clutch catalog of the internet. It shows exact measurements of every clutch they offer so you can select the one that will fit. It also shows the four different types they offer all with detailed measurements

FWIW, MP recommends 3/4" clearance.
