I had a 72 cuda with the correct 72-74 cluster but had an 8K tach.  Have seen other 72s with the same 8K tach as well.

My 74 has an 8000 tach. Suspect that a PO replaced the original tach. They were known to go bad.

Hmmm my 73 also has an 8000 tach . . .  :clueless:  and I have owned it since '82 . . .  :dunno:

Doesn't Year One sell reproduction rallye clusters? I just tried to check but there site must be having an issue.

They do sell an aftermarket cluster, but its ugly as hell.
Dosent look like original in any way

Needle I think used is the only option
