direction for sweep/fuzzies 71 cuda 1/4 window
« on: November 16, 2016 - 09:40:03 AM »
I received my Topcat brand 8 piece window fuzzie set, they are flawless. however I am uncertain of the direction for the outer 1/4 window pieces they are shaped as such. they fit both ways but do not know the correct direction. which way should the extended tab end be?

When you line up the clips with the holes....The stainless trim part should match up with the front edge of the quarter panel.

that's what I figured... but neither direction allows it to align flush with the front edge of the 1/4 panel.
so, if one could say if the cut away part is towards the front or back that would help.

The cut away should be at the stainless quarter window trim...

Still cant figure this one out....
should they be mounted this direction with the relief cut towards the back of the car?
or with the relief towards front of car?
the attachment clip holes are slotted in the quarter panel metal BUT neither way allows me
to set it flush with quarter, so do i set it short or long of the jam?
