Glove box knob-keyless
« on: April 21, 2017 - 11:38:17 PM »
I was able to find the discussion on getting glove box knob and lock off glove box door.

The chrome part (outside knob) spins therefore knob can't unlock glovebox when in place.

Should I just apply some lock tight to keep it from spinning on itself?

I had that issue with mine a long time ago. If I recall correctly, I believe I used super glue. Once it became solid I kind of remember saying to myself, 'I wonder how long this'll last". It's still holding and working just fine - watch, I probably jinxed myself now.
