73' Cuda Brake Problem

I have a 73 Cuda that had disk on the front an a 8 3/4 rear end drum set up on the rear brakes worked fine. Over the winter replaced that with a Dana 60 with Wilwood disk set up. Brakes have been bled an fluid level checked several times with no leaks.  The power booster was an is a Bendix 12305 an a 3461187 master cylinder. THE PROBLEM IS; with the power booster connected the brake pedal with the vehicle running goes right to the floor when pressed. In the manual mode ( no vacuum ) I have brake pedal( not good brakes but brakes ). What happened to the brakes?

You know what they say, if it ain't broke don't fix it! If I read that right you have 4 wheel disc now? I'm assuming you bench bled the m/c and there is no air in the system. If you pump the brakes do you have a pedal then? I would check to see if the rod in the booster is correct or adjusted right if it is adjustable. I'd call Wilwood and ask them if you have the right m/c . I know on hot rods they have residual valves in the line to keep some pressure on. Converting things never seem to go smooth!

get a set of brake line clamps, clamp all hoses front and rear have a helper press pedal and remove each one at a time, when pedal drops your issue is in that wheel
