70 Cuda trying to decide on the exterior color and combinations-any input or opinion  is appreciated-

I like either Vitamin C Orange or Tor Red-when I see Tor Red pictures  it seems that color  is basically orange? Will do
a 340 black bill board-

Bumpers and mirrors - thinking of painting to match car rather than chrome-

Grill-Silver textured argent-  should the center section be black?  and is that to be textured as well?

Lower valance filler -silver textured argent-

Shaker bubble   -what color should this be?

Rear tail end  organasol  black-

OK...follow this...
CHEVY - Hugger Orange; Ford - Poppy Red, Calypso Coral; Pontiac - Carousel Red; Chrysler - Hemi Orange;  Plymouth - Tor-red
Are all the same basic color.  A very reddish orange.  If you've ever seen any of those above color cars, then you've seen Tor-red.  Some pics they will look orange, some pics it will look red.  But the color goes very well with black and definitely is orange.  It is not as stand out orange/orange as Vitamin C (which looks like the fruit) but looks great.
I believe in simplifying the number of colors on a car.  My car has basically 3 colors: Orange, black and chrome.  I took off the silver argent wheels and it made a big difference.  It went from 4 colors to 3.    My opinion is to concentrate on those 3 colors (OR, BK, chrome) as much as you can.  If you have to use silver, then use dark argent.  So, I'd paint the scoop black, and dark argent grill, etc.  Is your top vinyl or paint color?  If you go with black vinyl roof and billboards, that is a lot of black.
My 2 cents.

OK thanks for the info- my roof is non vinyl-  I replaced my trunk lid with a perfectly finished and  painted replacement from what I was told was left over from  a Hemi Cuda project-it seems like Tor Red or a rally red I cannot tell-I am dead set on the silver ralleys but the car is a 1970 not a 71- the picture you show the bubble seems like a black or dark argent which is it?  I bought textured light and dark argent from Total auto since I was not sure what color to use-

If you have the time Jessie James has a sweet 71 Cuda and the color is like orange maybe you can google that and tell me what color that is-

You said you wanted black billboards, which is a '71 option, not a '70 and finding examples of a '70 car with '71 billboards in orange is not easy.  So, use your imagination a bit.
If I were you, I'd google "tor-red (or hemi-orange) cuda" and look in IMAGES to see what you like.  There are tons of examples with silver or black scoops.  Finding billboards on a '70 won't be normal.  And lucky you, most images will have ralleye wheels.

I think Tor-Red is an awesome color!  Paint the bumpers and mirrors!  Center section is argent and not black.  Sounds like a cool car!

White with Blue stripes on a 1970 Cuda?    Sounds like Gran Coupe style-

...the picture you show the bubble seems like a black or dark argent which is it?
If you are referring to my '70 convertible, the scoop is flat black.  Note too, the grill is silver argent and the side rocker gills are dark argent.  But in that same pic of my car, the grill looks dark argent.  Its all the lighting.  Its always going to change and look different at different times of the day and whether its sunny or cloudy.
