A/C vacuum connection to engine

Where is the vacuum line supposed to connect to the engine which comes through the firewall from the heater box on an A/C car? My air is not switching to defrost or floor so hoping this will fix it. Thanks.

My 70 has a triple nipple thingy in the intake manifold. Booster. Ac and cas air filter.
