413 Big Block! Need Help!!!!

Hello I'm interested in buying this guys 413 Big Block with a 727 Trans. He told me it has 50,000 original miles on it and that it came out of a 71 Dodge? He hasn't sent me pics yet but he's asking $800 for everything. I was looking for a quick flip but it seems a little shady to me.
Anyone's thoughts on the matter will be appreciated!! Will upload pics if he sends them.

Chally, what kind of 413, there are many.  Usually these are old motor home motors with low compression (very low).  Rebuilding them is a PITA due to lack of piston availability.  Will they run, yes and will work fine, but not real desired. What heads? Intake etc.  Good luck

Thank you Cazbah for your input I was talking with the guy and asking him all the specs and he pretty much hum halled around. Avoiding my questions then told me! "I don't think this is the right motor for you" then hung up on me lol!!! Probably thought the same thing I was a quick flip but found out he got a worthless motor lol!!!
