Thinking about going with F&B too. Can you tell me how much it cost you all in? I am assuming to changed your gas tank too. Also, how difficult was the install?

I have both a BB and SB system (only the BB system is up and running). As for cost, it is going to depend on what you decide to use for a ECU/Harness system and how you are going to do your fuel system. That said, my BB system cost me around $7K all in; I am using a Holley HP ECU and harness system, MSD distributor, MSD 6AL ignition w/coil, tanks Inc gas tank with in tank pump, new 1/2 aluminum fuel lines, replaced the alternator to a 90 Dakota 120 amp (you will need it for the ECU and ignition) and a number of other "bits".
They are awesome systems but it is not "plug and play", you will definitely need to educate yourself on EFI, tuning, etc. (doing that as we speak). If you are a "car guy" and grew up with carbs and such, there is a fairly steep leaning curve but nothing that you cannot overcome through google and forums such as this. Holley has a pretty good forum to help and there are a number of members here who are good with EFI.
Not really for the faint of heart but worth the effort, my car never idled as well as it does with EFI and tuning is done with a laptop.
