I had to replace the driver door so no holes are present for a mirror. I am in need of :
1) the driver and passenger side side mirror screw hole locations. Is passenger side hole locations different? Some people say they are the same, others have said passenger mirror is located closer to the front of the door.
2) diameter and location of the remote cable hole.
From what I have read so far on some older posts, the first screw on driver side is located anywhere from 3/4" to 1-1/8" below first body line and 17-1/4 to 17-5/8" back from leading door edge (when taken about 1" down from body line).
