torsion bar adjustment?
« on: July 17, 2005 - 01:27:13 AM »
Hi guys, its me again with more questions. :dontknow: I have just recently put some new tires and wheels on my car, but now my car just seems to have a gap above the front tires. I was told that I could adjust the torsion bars to lower the front.  Do you guys know if this is safe? I really dont want to mess up my car, and just thought i'd check with you guys first? Please let me know what you think

it is absolutly safe , just lift the car with a jack to remove the weight from the front suspension & undo the adjuster bolts inside the lower  control arm a equal number of turns  you will need a wheel alignment once it si at the height you want as it will change
