New door panels (the good ones by Metro/Dave@Roseville) is about $1200.

How much would it be to do in leather?  I think probably around $3000.

On *****in Rides, they had a white '70 Challenger done with leather-covered (black) door panels.  Looked pretty awesome though.

How about leather textured vinyl wrap? It's only around 4 mil thick, so it should stretch and stick to any curved areas. Plus with the textured surface it would look kind of like the stock door panels. If I had any old junk door panels laying around (I don't), I would try it just to see how it looks. Here's an example of what I mean:

I agree it would be interesting to try. I watched the video and while it appears challenging, definitely not impossible. I do have some old door panels but just don't have time to try it at the moment.

I did see a video of a guy wrapping a door panel with a very thin leather type product which was glued on that looked promising, I think its on YouTube as well.

I believe Shooter had some red door panels that were covered in leather.  If I recall correctly ultimate rides did the wrap.
