Hey Oldschool....
« on: January 30, 2019 - 12:28:17 PM »
Fish,
Where ya been man?
How are things, how's the Hankster?
Had my knee all butchered up twice in 2018, one time in Feb to fix two torn meniscus and then in Aug for a total knee
replacement.
Pain is still going on in the knee.
Can't even climb into the Camaro. I didn't even start it up last year or run it.
I need to install a quick release steering wheel hub to get into the seat.
First run on the new motor, had the MPH for a mid 9 second run, but the ET was only 10.34, need to get the bugs worked out
of it yet.
How's the Cuda?
See ya man.
Bruce

Hey Bruce. Sorry for the late reply. I am hanging in here like a hair in a biscuit. LoL..  Hankster is still loving life running all over the house and yard. He thinks it's all his domain, so he keeps patrolling it.

Dang Bruce, what happened to you knee? Hopefully you will get back in the drivers seat of your Camaro this spring and get back to normal.

Don't feel bad, I haven't cranked the Cuda since last October.

I am at work, so I can't stay on here but a minute.

It's great to hear from you my BowTie friend. Please stay in touch - either here or on the Bullet.

Talk to you soon,

Ken

Good to hear that you and Hankster are still tearing up the neighborhood...
It's my right knee, so I blame it on pushing the gas pedal down hard in the Camaro when beating all those Fords and.....
Ops won't include the "M" name in fear of being ejected from this site....LMAO!!!
Know the injury was most likely from a lot of years being a hockey goalie and finally things gave out.
Right after I came home from my cancer battle, which you remember, I ended up having both legs swell massively, so my doctor put me on a water pill. Well that swelling is back and they believe that's what is causing all my pain, so now I'm going to be treated for lymphedema and hopefully it will remove the extra fluid and my swelling and pain will go away.
I was able to get the quick disconnect hub on the steering column so that's ready and need to change the oil and adjust the shifter cable and we're ready.
Rocky and Remi and tired of this stupid weather we're having and want to come down and hang out with Hank....
See ya buddy
