Reset knob on rally clock

Does anyone have a idea what size the tubular nut is on the reset knob for the clock?

Since you didn't say "trip odo AND clock" it sounds like you may have the one for the speedo's trip odometer, they're identical.

Well, I got ambitious, hope this is what you were after.
OOOPS - Just noticed your nickname "72".
These pics are for the 1970 resets, I don't know if 1972 is the same.
Maybe this info could be useful for someone else.

More pictures (in inches). The inside is measured with no threads, the threads start about 1/16" down from the opening. I also measured the threaded part of my clock reset cable ~ .071. That's +/-, it's not 100% round. I also added a pic taken off the web (Classic Industries), the barrel nut sure looks to be the same.
