How do i get the whiskers off the doors?
I recently did mine. To remove the cat whiskers from the doors, just pull mostly up and slightly in towards the car; starting at either the front or rear of the door. You may need the help of pliers or vise grips to get a good hold on them. They are held on with clips that are attached to the whiskers. It takes a bit of yanking and pulling, but they will come off. Mine were unusable afterwards, as they got all bent and distorted in the removal process, but I didn't care because I had brand new replacement TopCat whiskers. I've heard they are the best. The 1/4 rear glass weatherstrip can either be slid into the stainless channel, or set in place and tucked under the lip of the strip. Just be sure to align the the small protruding tabs (on the inside of the stainless strip) with the indents in the weather strip, and use the black weatherstrip adhesive. Not too much though as you'll have to do cleanup of the excess that will ooze out.
