Painless wiper switch install
« on: March 07, 2020 - 12:19:19 PM »
So I am trying to wire my wiper motor.  It is a 2 speed motor, I have a painless harness in the car.  the painless harness gives me  the B+ wire in the harness, then I have the brown red blue and green wires coming off of the wiper motor.  That is where the help is needed.I am using the painless 80173 2 speed wiper switch.  The switch has terminals B, w, 1,2,3  I know B is battery power which is the wire I have from my harness but what and where do the wires from the motor come from.  please help.

I am not sure if this is going to be helpful or now, but you need to bench test the wiper and switch until you get it figured out. This drawing is for a normal E body 3 speed switch.
