I installed a Vintage Air in my '74 Challenger. I know this stuff is a little beat up but I wanted to offer it before tossing it out. The parts shown are the defroster duct, the main plenum, the vacuum controls, the lower right hand dash piece and the vent louvers. There are only a few actual vanes in the louvers, but I know they are hard to come by.
