Well I think you might have your answer. You have too much draw when the entire system is on and something has to give. The fans are a solid pull meaning when they are on they are drawing full power immediately which is why the fuse is blowing. Now, having said that another factor is wiring and resistance. I don't know what size wire you have going to the fans but I always use at least 12 gauge, normally 10 to ensure it is not a problem.

They 10 ga running to them.  Car was recently put back together and I am having to run down a lot of little problems.  I have some of the grounds needed paint cleaned out, relocate some, add two with larger wires.  I haven't tried everything turned on again just thought I would see if there is a way make sure there is enough amps for everything.  Be cool said that can be a problem.  Maybe at this point crank it up and turn it on and see if she blows.  I take it wont' hurt anything if the fuses blow?

No it shouldn't hurt anything but what I would do it get it running with the minimum stuff on, then turn each one on at a time and feel the wiring to see if it is getting hot. The fuses are there to stop a problem but if the wires are getting really hot before they go, it could be a problem.

Look, if everything running at the same time draws 190 amps, you are going to need a big alternator to feed it all. Its possible something isn't wired correctly which is causing the issue but if everything works fine when the other stuff isn't on then I would say its telling you that your alternator isn't big enough.

Just to add my 2 cents. Your accessories should be powered from your battery. Make sure you are using a GOOD battery with the highest amp hour rating you can find. Your alternator maybe a little small for what you need, and would struggle when all accessories are on, but a battery (or 2) with high amp hour and reserve capacity will also help with your problem. You could then operate all accessories successfully until the alternator cannot help the batteries recover from the draw down. This is probably a crutch and you may still need a larger alternator when all said and done. Still an option. Oh and I would eliminate the stereo stuff as I personally prefer the sound of the engine....

Battery is in the trunk.  Does this make a difference.  It's gel battery and I will have to check the amp hour rating.  What would be a high amp rating typically.  I have moved the fans off the coil by running a 10ga wire from the fuse block on the inside to the fan relays for ignition power.  Stereo apparently has a short somewhere or grounding issue as it keeps popping real loud when turned on.  So I have to figure out what that problem is before I turn everything on again.  Without the stereo running I am not having any problems right now.  None of the wires seem to be heating up when you touch them warm but not to hot to hold.

Battery in the trunk only an issue if you are not running large enough cables. Probably should be 00 gauge, and I would also consider running a ground cable to the front of the car as well. The longer the cable the bigger it needs to be. You might want to look at a forum that specializes in high output stereo systems. Have you considered ditching the electric fans? As I said, battery condition and capacity enter the equation as well. You are obviously overworking the system and the 30 amp fuses to the fans are the weak link...

Have 522 stroker motor with a march pulley system on it.  So no provision for mechanical fan.  Had a lot of overheating problems at first then added a Be Cool radiator and dual fans which they think would be necessary to keep the motor cool.

I don't think your fans are your issue assuming they are wired right, it sounds like your stereo is your issue.
