Front Torque boxes?
« on: December 17, 2020 - 01:13:37 PM »
Hey guys,

Working on metal on a 70 cuda and i'm installing rocker to frame LWR splash shields LH.  I'm looking for the name and where to get the piece that connects to this on the floor side.  I feel like it's almost a forward torque box and possibly Part# X439-1570-2S, but that's called a "rear torque box" so i'm at a loss.  I called AMD and they said "we don't deal in torque boxes" so i'm looking for a solution here other than fabricating the part myself.  Thanks in advance for any help!

If it's actually the front torque box you're looking for, Roseville Moparts has them (240F). They also have the rears (240R).

Take a look at the parts in the link I'll try to attach and see if the parts you're referring to are in the picture and go from there. Good luck

Hello, from your description, it sounds like the piece you are looking for is a floor support.  I make these and have some available.  They attach to the bottom of the floor and the splash shield.
