Carburetor sizing

440 bored 30 over, what size carb you guys recommend? Just a street car doing burnouts and such? Have a Holley 750 single pumper on it now. Wondering if I should upgrade

That should be plenty of carb for what you are doing.

That should be plenty of carb for what you are doing.
:iagree: Yep, what the man said. If it were a more race oriented build with cam, compression and heads accordingly, you might go bigger and be able to use it, but on a street car. IMHO you'd be decently well off with the 750. The factory used some 800 ThermoQuads, so I'd say you were in the ballpark.  :cheers:
