This color is not mixed in a modern base coat clear so I have the acrylic enamel formula. Do a spray out panel and have it read at a PPG jobber for a modern system.
PPG 2314 This is a pint formula:
MIX COLOR PART AMOUNT
DMR 431 FINE ALUMINUM 84.9
DMR490 STR BLACK 24.0
DMR411 BLUE 12.0
DMR410 BLUE 6.0
DMR401 WHITE 4.0
DMR499 CLEAR 370.2
DXR495 CATALYST 10.0

Sorry for reviving such an old thread. There just isn't a lot of info I can find regarding A4. Anyway, I spoke with someone today that said they could mix the color for me. Their formula is different than yours. The formula they gave me for a pint, and is as follows....
PPG BRAND CODE 2314 MAIN LAYER 2314 MAKES 1 US PINT
SKU DESC. INC.(PART) CUM.(PART)
M135 FINE ALUM 197.0 197.0
MX195 ACCELERATR 9.6 206.6
M117 JET BLACK 47.5 254.1
M121 BLUE 22.3 276.4
M122 BLUE 7.8 284.2
M120 WHITE 7.5 291.7
M149 CLEAR 225.0 516.7
My question is, will their formula work, or should I request specifically yours? I'm not trying to match anything, just doing a complete color change on my car. I just want it to look right. And I tend to trust my fellow Mopar Maniacs here than your average joe.
Thanks!
