Is this a correct 1970 jack???

  ebay auction#  4563046547.....    guy says it is the correct jack for 1970.......  Can anyone tell me if in fact it is..............thanks........... i have been told the 70 has place to jack up under the bumper whereas the 71 goes thru the bumper..........or is it the other way around........not sure.    Thanks for helping me clear up this loose end.........

I really dont know, but I dont think its correct. The original one for my car is gray and has a hook on it, I am 99% sure that this is the jack that came with the car from the factory. Im thinking that jack is the 71 style, but like I said before I really dont know.
