1966 Hemi Coronet (clone)- full factory stock restoration
« on: August 13, 2005 - 07:50:45 PM »
Hi all ---

It's been a long time since I've checked in here -- got a new job that doesn't allow 'recreational web surfing'.  :P

I still have my cuda and plan on keeping it forever. I am posting this ad for my uncle who is selling his '66 Hemi Coronet (clone). This car started as a rust-free louisianna car, and underwent a full rotisserie restoration in 2004. It was built to compete in the 'Pure Stock Muscle Car Drag Racing Series,' and has a brand new balanced and blue printed 426 hemi. This car is amazing. 'Pure stock' racing rules require that the car be run on the same size and type of tires that it came with form the factory, which for this car was old school skinny redlines. It has been to the drag strip twice, and run a best ET of 12.1 @ 114.5 mph, on redlines!  :eekbig:

A full list of specs and lots of pictures can be seen here:

Thanks!!
Justin

Thanks Russ, I was worried that no one would remember me.  :)

I miss the days of hanging out here -- having a job where I actually have to work is not cool.  ;D

This car is truly amazing. If I had some extra cash I would buy it myself -- not the case though.
