If they wanted a sensitive girly type of nice guy, theyd be dating other chicks, and not you. They want you to have confidence, be funny, have a plan, give them compliments (but more importantly simple attention, but not too many compliments or youll seem like your kissing their azz), and be unpredictable. Women want a man that other girls will go "dang it, why cant I get a man like that ?". Be a MAN, Dont be a weenie. Fake it if you have to.

The reason I haven't chimed in with details is because guys see things in a totally different way then women do. They see things with their eyes...not their hearts. In the rare occasion that a guy can do that and be real ...he's hit the sweet spot (of course there are women out there who are just as much of a dog as most guys!). It's really easy guys...be nice, be interested in something other than yourself, treat all women like ladies (even if they don't deserve it), be strong, be decisive, be lovable, be LOYAL, but most of all be yourself. It's really not that difficult.
